Return Policy

At Todor Kanchev, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Sale items cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email us at todorovkanchev@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. You will receive return instructions via email.

3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return costs.
